What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in a healthcare receptionist role is advantageous.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficient in using office equipment, computers, and medical software.

  • Exceptional organisational skills with an eye for detail.

  • Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with medical billing and insurance procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient services

  • Appointment Management 

  • Clinician support

  • Billings

  • Day Hospital admission administration 

  • Adherence to all existing policies and procedures as set out by Lift Cancer Care Services under guidelines provide by the NSQQHS and the ACHS in terms of commitment to continuous quality improvement in the quality of care, service and delivery.
