To make an appointment please call Lift on (08) 7231 8000. In most cases we will be able to provide you an appointment for your initial assessment within 1 week.
What to expect
Initial Visit
At your initial visit you will undergo a full assessment with one of the Lift Exercise Physiologists. This will be an opportunity to find out where you are starting from and what you’d like to work towards achieving with your exercise. You will also be provided with some exercises to be doing yourself at home.
Subsequent Visits
At your follow-up visits you will complete an exercise session under the 1:1 supervision of your Exercise Physiologist. This will also be the opportunity for you review your home exercises. If these need to be progressed, your Exercise Physiologist will do this for you during these visits.
Fees
Initial Visit: $145
Subsequent visits: $105
Rebates
A rebate of $55.10 from Medicare may apply.
Alternatively, you may be able to claim through your private health insurer (under your extras cover).
