It all started when...

Dr Mike graduated from the University of Adelaide in 1982. He trained in all areas of surgery for more than 10 years in the public hospital system. 

He also spent 20 years in the Australian Army including 5 years full time, holding Command Positions in Darwin and Bagdad, Iraq. He holds certificates in Aviation, NBC and Underwater Medicine.

Dr Mike became FRACGP (GP fellowship) in 1999 and FACCS (Cosmetic fellowship) in 2001. 

For 17 years (until 2018), he was Medical Director and Cosmetic Surgeon at Parkside Cosmetic Surgery. 

Dr Mike enjoys his role as Medical Practitioner, helping patients at Lift. 

As well as having fun with the family (5 children!) Dr Mike's interests include Australian Rules Football and art.
